The story
A new Queen
After dying from a heart attack, Gorou awakens inside the body of the most feared Demon Queen on the Dark Continent. Trapped in a dangerously powerful new body, he must survive the royal court, keep his true identity hidden from everyone who knew the real Queen, and somehow hold together a kingdom whose people are going dark one by one.

- Download the ZIP and extract it completely: keep the «data» folder next to the game.
- Run DemonQueen-v0.2.1.exe.
- Windows SmartScreen may warn you because the game isn't code-signed: «More info» › «Run anyway».
- If «Smart App Control» blocks it, turn it off in Windows Security › App & browser control.
Requirements
- Minimum: 4-core CPU, 8 GB of RAM and a DirectX 12 graphics card with 2 GB (GTX 1050 / RX 560), or Iris Xe integrated graphics on Low quality.
- Recommended: 6-core CPU, 8 GB of RAM and a GTX 1650 / RX 6400 with 4 GB, for 1080p at 60 fps.
- Disk: 1.1 GB free. A DirectX 12 graphics card is required.

In development
Demon Queen is a game in development: many things are still missing, and they're worked on every day.
What you can play
The prologue and Act 1, and the whole open world around them. Part of Act 1 (the preparations before the Crag) and the acts after it will come later.
Still being built
Some places are more polished than others: you may find empty corners, placeholder texts or test sounds. The art and the animated scenes keep being remade and may change.
Your saves
The game saves on its own; if anything gets stuck, «Continue» takes you back. Saves from v0.2.0 still load.
Offline
Demon Queen is completely offline: no accounts, no analytics, no online updater.
